Security forces engaged militants in a tense standoff in the dense Ranji forest area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.
Kashmir Zone Police took to social media to announce the development, stating, “A contact was established between militants and security forces in the early hours in Renji forest area of Aragam, #Bandipora. Search operation is currently underway.”
