Defense Minister Rajnath Singh asserted on Monday that India is fully equipped to launch strikes on enemy territory from its own soil. Addressing a campaign rally in Kathua district of Jammu division, Singh underscored the robust military prowess of India, crediting it to the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Singh emphasized India’s ascendancy as a formidable nation across various domains, citing the surgical strikes conducted on September 28 as a testament to its strength. He censured regional parties in Jammu and Kashmir, alleging their exploitation of Article 370 for political mileage. Singh cited instances involving Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Mehbooba Mufti to bolster his argument.
Furthermore, Singh highlighted the pledges made by PM Modi in the BJP’s manifesto, such as free healthcare for individuals above 70 years of age and the party’s unwavering commitment to women’s rights.
Encouraging voter support for Dr. Jitendra Singh of the BJP in the forthcoming elections for the Kathua-Udhampur constituency, slated for April 19, Singh urged citizens to rally behind the party’s candidate. (KNS).
