Meghan Markle received a strong warning about her future when she decided to marry Prince Harry, according to a friend. Wendell Pierce, Meghan’s former co-star on Suits, shared during an appearance on “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” that he had cautioned her about the significant changes that would come with joining the royal family.
Pierce recounted, “It was our last night working together, and I told Meghan, ‘Your life is going to change, and you’ll be in a bubble. But remember, no matter what, I’m your friend — you have lots of friends.'”
He emphasized his ongoing support, saying, “We’re always thinking about you and will always be there for you. No matter where you are, know that you have a friend in me,” as reported by OK! magazine.
Additionally, according to the Daily Mail, Pierce, who portrayed Meghan’s father in Suits, mentioned at the 2024 Tony Awards in New York that he still keeps in touch with her. Reflecting on Meghan and Harry’s relationship amidst divorce rumors, he observed, “They look very much in love and were very happy, and that’s the most important thing.”
