Madonna Sued Over Explicit Content and Delays During Celebration Tour

Madonna is no stranger to lawsuits, with the latest one accusing her of delivering an X-rated show instead of a concert.

Justen Lipeles, who attended the March 7 show at L.A.’s Kia Forum, has filed a legal complaint, alleging the Grammy winner’s performance exposed him and others to unwanted explicit content and criticized the lateness of the pop icon.

Documents reviewed by Entertainment Weekly and filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court state that concertgoers had to endure “pornography without warning,” including “topless women on stage simulating sex acts,” all in an uncomfortable, sweltering environment.

Additionally, Justen claims the concert was scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m., but Madonna did not take the stage until after 10 p.m.

This lawsuit is the second this year raising objections about the tour. The first lawsuit similarly highlighted Madonna’s tardiness, stating she was advertised to start at 8:30 p.m. but appeared past 10:30 p.m.
