General Hospital’s Johnny Wactor Tragically Killed in Attempted Theft Incident

Johnny Wactor, widely recognized for his role as Brando Corbin on the ABC daytime soap “General Hospital,” tragically lost his life during an attempted theft, as revealed by his mother.

Scarlett Wactor shared with Fox News Digital that her son had been working late at a rooftop bar and was heading to his car with a co-worker around 3 or 3:30 a.m.

“They were walking to their cars, and when they reached them, Johnny’s car, which was parked in front of his co-worker’s, seemed uneven as if it had been tampered with. He apparently asked, ‘Hey man, are you towing my car?'” Scarlett recounted.

Continuing her account, Scarlett said, “The person, who was wearing a mask, looked up, and Johnny realized something was wrong. He stepped in front of his co-worker, raised his hands, and then the person shot him.”

Reflecting on the incident, she added, “I believe that if he had been there two minutes earlier or two minutes later, he would still be alive.”

TMZ first reported the incident, stating that three men were attempting to steal the catalytic converter from Johnny’s car. When he confronted them, they shot him.

The suspects remain at large, and authorities have not released any descriptions of them, according to TMZ.
