Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are working diligently to counter recent criticisms regarding their management style. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who have faced accusations of being difficult employers, are in the midst of a public relations effort to mitigate the backlash.

According to Grant Rollins of The Sun, in an unusual move to counter the negative narrative, five current and former employees of Meghan came forward to defend her, labeling her the “best boss ever.”

Rollins notes that Us Weekly, a magazine generally supportive of the couple, published an article titled “What It’s Really Like To Work For Meghan Markle: Staffers Reveal Truth Behind Rumours,” where former employees shared that Meghan is a caring and considerate leader. The piece highlighted her thoughtful gestures, such as gifting staff fresh flowers and homegrown eggs, and creating an environment where her team feels nurtured.

However, a royal source has indicated that there were indeed challenging moments, describing instances that were “bad, very bad, even psycho” involving Meghan. The source claimed to have witnessed staff being harshly treated, both in person and over the phone.

Prince Harry Sends Support to Kate Middleton

In a heartfelt gesture, Prince Harry reportedly sent a letter of appreciation to Kate Middleton following her recent completion of chemotherapy. He expressed his joy at seeing her at Wimbledon and conveyed his excitement about her recovery.

Kate shared her relief about finishing treatment in a video, stating, “The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life can change in an instant, and we’ve had to navigate the stormy waters together.”

Tensions Between Harry and Kate

However, the relationship between Prince Harry and Kate seems strained. According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, Kate felt disappointed by Harry’s silence during Meghan’s candid interview with Oprah Winfrey, especially regarding the remarks made about her in Harry’s memoir, “Spare.” Nicholl emphasized that Harry’s failure to support Kate publicly has led to a significant rift in their relationship.

Since stepping back from royal duties in 2020, Harry and Meghan have openly discussed issues of racism within the royal family, further complicating family dynamics. They currently reside in California with their children, Archie and Lilibet.

Public Perception of Harry

Despite past affection from the public, experts suggest that Harry’s marriage to Meghan has impacted his reputation. Mark Borkowski noted that while people still have fond feelings for Harry, there is a notable divide in their perception of Meghan. Similarly, reporter Bronte Coy pointed out that, although it feels like a long time since Harry stepped back, many still hold affection for him, even if they don’t feel as familiar with Meghan.

Reflecting on Harry’s earlier popularity, Borkowski recalled that there was initially a wave of public support for Meghan, as many felt Harry had found a meaningful partner later in life.
