Jennifer Lopez has reportedly sought help from Ben Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, amid rumors of an impending divorce. The 52-year-old actress was seen visiting Affleck’s mansion earlier this week. Sources close to In Touch Weekly claimed, “The writing is on the wall – it’s over. They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”
Affleck and Lopez, who rekindled their relationship in 2021, recently appeared together in LA after 47 days apart. Despite this, insiders suggest the state of their marriage remains uncertain. Lopez has allegedly turned to Garner for support, fearing that Affleck might relapse.
A source told the Daily Mail, “JLo has been confiding in Jen because she knows that she is one of the only people in the world who would understand what she is going through. She has been through it with the same man herself, and although the circumstances were quite different, it is still the same man, and they both dealt with some of the same issues.”
The insider added, “Jen does not want Ben to end this marriage because she really does care about JLo. She went to his house to talk to him about this and to try and keep them together.”
“JLo was told several times by Jen how valued she is in all their lives. She is one of the only women who can get through to Ben and keep him from falling back into his addiction,” the source further explained.
